A typical search tasks starts with writing a thoroughly analysed Profile Requirement for the vacancy. When this document is mutually agreed upon we make a gross list of 50 – 200 candidates of which we go deep with 20-30 CVs, meet with about 10-12 profiles and present 2-4 candidates for the client. We take a holistic 360c view of the company, the role and the profiles in order to ensure long term engagements by both parties. The candidates we present for our clients are motivated and meets the requirements, but we leave it to the client and to the candidate to assess their mutual “chemistry”, which is the mostly used final selection criteria.
From signing of search contract to presentation of candidates we normally use a 4-5 weeks preparation.
All our paperwork, systems, process, tests, interviews, etc. are recognized international professional search standards.
